This research paper examines the road user costs associated with arterial streets in Ghaziabad City, focusing on three primary components: vehicle operation costs, accident impacts, and travel time efficiency. By conducting a detailed analysis using both primary data collection and secondary data sources, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the economic and social costs incurred by road users. The findings reveal significant insights into the cost distribution among different vehicle types, the economic burden of road accidents, and the impact of travel time inefficiencies on daily commuters. The study concludes with recommendations for policy interventions and infrastructural improvements to mitigate these costs.
